1Introduction and Acceptance

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3Eligibility and Age Requirement

089bd services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Minors have no right to create an account or use the platform.

• Users must be located in Bangladesh or be Bangladeshi citizens.
• Using the platform from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
• Using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms and conditions
• Using hacking, malware or unauthorized software
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Playing games using bots or automated systems
• Managing or selling third-party accounts
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform

In any situation, 089bd's maximum liability is limited to the valid funds present in the user's account.

12Terms & Conditions Changes

089bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of important changes, users will be notified by email.
